Care instructions
Preserving your Kitra pieces:
-Avoid contact with water and chemical products such as perfume, hair spray, make up, creams.
-Remove jewelry before swimming or bathing
- Gently clean with soft cotton cloth or jewelry cleaner.
- Store jewelry away from sunlight, preferably in a soft fabric like velvet or satin.
- Keep the pieces separate to prevent scratches.
**Kitra is not responsible for natural discoloration in materials or damage due to improper care. The materials we use may have irregularities, differences and discolorations
**Some items are made in sterling silver and/ or brass with heavy 14k gold plate, and some are made in 14k solid gold. With plated items, it is possible that even our ultra-heavy plated layer can inevitably wear off with prolonged wear through time, especially for rings, as they come into contact with surfaces, liquids, and perfumes more often. Please note that only some items can be re-plated. Kitra will provide this service, however shipping costs and replating costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Repairs
We will fix items for free, up to six months from the date of purchase. After six months, repairs are available for a fee. Contact us at stacey@kitrajewelry.com

We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website is used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.
Terms and Conditions
By using our website, you the visitor agree that your access and use of the site are subject to all applicable laws and undertaken at your own risk. All web site content is the property of Kitra, and cannot be used or reproduced without permission from Kitra.
Returns and Exchanges
Unworn, undamaged items in their original condition will be accepted within 10 days of receipt. Pieces with scuffs or other marks will not be accepted.
You can exchange your item for a different size, style or color, however shipping will be charged on the exchange.
If you return an item, your credit card will be reimbursed in the amount charged minus shipping charges.
Items received after 10 days are subject to store credit only.
**If you are returning merchandise, please notify us in advance at stacey@kitrajewelry.com.
Please use care in packing your items, and make sure they are secure. Also, include a copy of the original invoice and the reason for the return. Insure your items at your discretion, and use shipping method that provides a tracking number, as Kitra is not responsible for any return that is lost, stolen, or mishandled by your shipping provider.
Once your item arrives, it takes approximately seven business days for us to process your request and refund your credit card. Most banks take 2-3 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Items purchased at any of our retail locations must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.
